NRG STRONG™ is a youth leadership + movement program intentionally designed to uplift marginalized youth — while empowering ALL young people to build confidence, resilience, and purpose.

What We Do

We build strong, confident, emotionally intelligent young leaders through movement, mindset, and identity work — with a special focus on youth who often don’t get access to leadership spaces.

NRG STRONG™ is a 2-hour pilot program for youth ages 8–18 that blends physical activity with culturally responsive leadership development.

Who We Serve

NRG STRONG™ is for ALL youth — especially those who want to grow, lead, and strengthen who they are. We intentionally design our program to uplift youth who are often overlooked, underestimated, or navigating unique challenges, while welcoming every young person who wants to become a stronger:

  • Human beings

 

Our program is especially supportive for youth who:

  • Are building confidence or identity

  • Want to improve emotional regulation or decision-making

  • Need a safe, encouraging space to be seen and supported

  • Come from marginalized or underrepresented communities

  • Are navigating belonging, motivation, or social challenges

  • Want to strengthen their voice, presence, and leadership skills

I created NRG STRONG™ because young people deserve leadership spaces that move with them — culturally, emotionally, and physically. Our program uplifts marginalized youth while empowering ALL youth to build identity, confidence, and purpose through movement and mindset.
